When Enough means Enough

It just happened. No matterhow hard you try, there are some people just won't go along very well with you. And there it goes, as plain as it is.And you find yourself fuming when you realize something is out of place.

You know that some people are uncomfortable with words. Some people are less self-sacrificed compared to others. Some people put less effort to be nice to everyone than the others. Let's put it that way. But do you have to learn it the hard way?

Years and years of expensive education, and you find yourself wondering, what did some people do when they were taught the very basic things like how to respect others the way themselves want to be respected? A nod, a smile, a wave, a friendly conversation, you know, the very basic things? Are we asking too much of those things?

And there you go, learning that you have to join personality course, grooming seminar and all that stuffs, and still, there are some things that can't be learned, except from School of Life.

And even in your old age now, you find yourself stuck in the middle, when trying to be nice to everybody just does not help, because people find it easily to appreciate people that they love madly, no matter how badly or irritatingly they might or might not behave, rather than people who are considered merely bypassers, just a drop of water in their ocean of life.

Never burn a bridge, never hold a grudge against someone. If you happen to be not familiar of all the stuffs, take your time to learn. Listen to others please, even though you think (and maybe you actually are) you are superior than others, or simply have better brains to understand what actually the fabric of cosmos is (this list can go on and on).

It is amazing what years and years living in a society has taught us. Maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. And I couldn't care less. Period.
